Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Securely
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unused, then include your printed RMA slip inside.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
